此前意大利奢侈品牌D&G因辱华事件闹得沸沸扬扬。近日，意大利都灵市一名对中国学生进行辱骂的老师被法庭宣判无罪，这一判决引发舆论高度关注。
据意大利《新闻报》当地时间1月31日报道，此事于2018年2月份发生在都灵圣多纳托区的帕西诺蒂中学(Scuola Pacinotti)。
报道称，该校体育老师萨瓦托尔（Salvatore A）在上课期间向一名11岁的中国学生吼道：“中国人吃X”，又质问另一名北非裔学生“摩洛哥佬，你笑什么笑？(cazzo ridi，marocchino?)”
在得知此事后，中国男孩的父亲并未对萨瓦托尔提起诉讼，称如果老师跟道歉，这个事情就这么结束了。
不少学生家长在听闻此事后，直接向学校办公室致信，投诉萨瓦托尔用带有种族歧视性的侮辱性语言跟学生讲话。 据悉，长期以来萨瓦托尔把辱骂学生作为教学手段。
针对此事，学校随后向都灵检察院提交了案件报告，都灵检察院也展开了种族歧视调查。
当地时间1月29日，该案件在法院审理，萨瓦托尔面临失职、种族歧视和种族仇恨等指控。
在法庭上，萨瓦托尔承认了对中国男孩的侮辱，但辩称，“当时他在玩绳子，看起来很危险，我只是想提醒他，从来没想过侮辱”。
他同时否认了对摩洛哥男孩的侮辱，“他多次嘲笑我，我只是质问笑什么笑而已”。
最终，法官认为这只是一起辱骂他人的普通事件，算不上种族歧视，“没有证据显示这些话对两个男孩造成身体或精神伤害”，因此宣判其无罪。
对于该判决，当地多家媒体纷纷表示，这是一起“荒唐的、耻辱性的判罚”。 据悉，虽然学校在“辱骂学生”一事发生后于2018年6月份对其作出停职处理，但却被扒出，停职处分发生在萨瓦托尔合同到期前的15天内。
